This product cannot be installed on partitions or hollow walls, as it will not be able to support the weight of the unit. Installation on marble slabs or reinforced concrete walls will require a diamond drill (this service is not provided by Urban Edge Home Gallery). Urban Edge Home Gallery can only provide installation on normal solid walls. Urban Edge Home Gallery does not provide installation for ceiling heights more than 2.4m, and a ladder must be provided by the client for installation. Urban Edge Home Gallery's installation service is limited within Selangor only. Installation price quoted is per unit.
An installation manual is provided inside the box of every product unit for reference. Damage of parts due to improper self-installation is not warranted by Urban Edge Home Gallery. This product is handmade from natural materials - slight variations in the finish or colour is part of its unique beauty.
