Payment for orders can be made by via credit & debit cards from Visa and Mastercard. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges.

Urban Edge Home Gallery also accepts offline bank transfers. If you opt for manual payment, please send us the payment verification slip to proceed your order.

Product colours may differ mainly due to colour calibration of individual's computer, and might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
There might be a difference of 0.1-3.0cm between the actual item(s) received as compared to our given measurements, due to the way the product has been measured. This is not considered as a defect.
Handcrafted products are not 100% perfect. It's the craftsmanship that gives each product its unique character. Natural materials such as marble, leather, solid wood and brass have unique grains and patterns - no two pieces will be the same.
Leather: Leather is a natural product from animal hides, and therefore differs from hide to hide. Variations in the texture of the leather should not be considered a fault but inherent of the natural beauty and uniqueness of the leather. As every piece of leather is different and may accept colour dyes a little differently during the tanning process, this may cause irregularities in the consistency and depth of the colour. Leather will always have natural markings such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes. These natural markings or irregularities should not be considered as a defect but rather indications of genuine leather. By purchasing leather goods from Urban Edge Home Gallery, you'd agreed to acknowledge the natural properties of leather.
Marble: Natural stones, as the name implies, are products of nature. There will be variations in texture, color, veining, and patterns. These differences and disparities are part of what makes the stone beautiful, and should not be considered as flaws. By purchasing marble goods, you acknowledge that natural stones vary in pattern, texture, and color. The actual stone delivered may differ from the sample or picture(s) shown. All product images and pictures on our website are put in place to give you a general idea about the color and veining variations in the stone and/or product.
Solid Wood: Solid wood, like all natural materials, may carry disparities in colour, blemishes, holes (that may or may not be filled), small cracks, worm holes and insect valleys which are not considered defects, but unique to each piece that gives our furniture character. Due to the variations caused by nature, over which the company has no control, a new piece of product sent to your home will not be the exact same as seen on our website. Slight variations between our photos online and your actual goods should be anticipated, hence it is not considered a defect. There are no two pieces that are ever exactly alike, which makes them a one of a kind piece made especially for you.
