The William Gray furniture collection for Stellar Works is a personification of the shared values of Will Meyer and Gray Davis. The character of William Gray represents a modern gentleman who appreciates hospitality, generosity, and travel as a means of inspiration.

The collection reflects the designers’ meticulous approach to detailing, and the effortless luxury they bring to their clients in both hospitality and residential environments. 

Hugo highlights both sides of a leather hide, adding a fresh layer of texture. A playful strap marries back to seat. The result is a workhorse piece of furniture with a light and nimble footprint. Hugo Armchair is a lovely fit for private dining rooms, formal home dining, or a home office.

In 2012, Stellar Works was established by architects Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu in Shanghai and London, as a way to bring ideas together: East and West, heritage and modernity, craft and industry – bringing the best of the past into the light of the present.

Their aim was to inspire a renaissance in Asian aesthetics, taking the forms, styles and motifs that have characterised Japanese design across the centuries and filtering them through the lens of the European tradition to create something new and timeless.

Meyer Davis is a multi-disciplinary design studio founded by Will Meyer and Gray Davis. The award-winning firm has established itself at the forefront of high end commercial and residential design practices throughout the U.S. and abroad, through its work on private residences, hotels, restaurants, retail experiences, and workplace environments.

Playing with space, form, texture, and light, they develop a visual experience that seeks to compel and inspire. Meyer Davis believes that great design works on multiple levels, weaving together bold design moves and striking details to ensure that when completed, each project makes an immediate and lasting impact.
